Section 01

Return window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the moment your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, your return must be requested and approved within that 30-day window.

Eligibility & condition

To qualify for a return, the item must reach us:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • With hygiene seals fully intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items returned with signs of wear, washing, stains, odors (including deodorant or perfume), damage, or missing tags may be deemed unacceptable and may not be refunded.

Items we can't accept

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Panties
  • Thongs and g-strings
  • Bikinis
  • Any similar intimate items

We also can't accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom / personalised pieces.

Additionally, perishable goods, personal care or beauty items, and hazardous materials are non-returnable. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, write to us and we'll help.

How to start a return

Email us at support@sleeknsheek.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • A reason for the return (required)

If your return is approved, we'll send instructions for sending the package back and — where applicable — a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Section 05

Return shipping & responsibility

For non-defect returns (change of mind, fit preference), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

If we made an error — wrong item shipped, damaged, or defective — Sleek & Sheek covers return shipping and makes it right.

We strongly recommend a tracked shipping method when you're arranging your own return. We can't take responsibility for packages lost in transit without tracking.

Return timing after approval

Once your return is approved, your package must be sent back promptly. Returns need to be received within a reasonable timeframe after approval to remain eligible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We'll evaluate the issue and work with you on the best resolution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to land the right size or style:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email support@sleeknsheek.com.

Section 10

Cancellations

You have a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time of purchase during which you may request a full refund. Email us immediately with your order number.

After 24 hours, orders can no longer be cancelled for a refund. You can still request an exchange or return within the standard 30-day window, provided the items meet our eligibility requirements.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible — in that case, follow our return process once your order arrives.
