Information we collect

When we use the term “personal information,” we mean information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. Depending on how you interact with our Services, where you live, and as permitted or required by law, we may collect or process the following categories:

  • Contact details — name, billing and shipping address, phone, email.
  • Financial information — card numbers, payment account details, transaction details, payment confirmations.
  • Account information — username, password, security questions, preferences.
  • Transaction information — items viewed, added to cart or wishlist, purchased, returned, exchanged or cancelled.
  • Communications — anything you include when contacting our customer support.
  • Device information — device, browser, network connection, IP address and other unique identifiers.
  • Usage information — how and when you interact with or navigate the Services.
02

How we collect it

  • Directly from you — when you create an account, visit or use the Services, communicate with us, or otherwise share information.
  • Automatically — from your device when you use the Services, including via cookies and similar technologies.
  • From service providers — when we engage partners to enable certain technology and they process information on our behalf.
  • From partners or other third parties.
03

How we use your information

  • Provide, tailor, and improve the Services — process payments, fulfill orders, remember preferences, send order notifications, manage your account, arrange shipping, facilitate returns and exchanges, enable reviews, and recommend products.
  • Marketing and advertising — send promotional communications by email, text or post, and show online advertisements based on items you've viewed, purchased, or activity on the Services.
  • Security and fraud prevention — authenticate your account, provide a secure payment and shopping experience, and detect or investigate fraudulent, illegal, or unsafe activity.
  • Communicating with you — to provide customer support and maintain our business relationship.
  • Legal reasons — to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or enforce our terms and policies.
04

How we disclose information

In certain circumstances we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes:

  • With Shopify, vendors and other partners who perform services on our behalf (IT, payments, analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment and shipping).
  • With business and marketing partners to deliver advertising. Where local law allows, you can opt out of these uses.
  • When you direct, request, or consent to disclosure — for example to ship products or through social-media login integrations.
  • With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group.
  • In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or restructure, to comply with applicable legal obligations, or to enforce our terms and protect our users.

Our relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside. Shopify is responsible for processing personal information collected through its enhanced features. To learn more, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

06

Third-party websites and links

The Services may link to websites operated by third parties. If you follow such links, please review their privacy and security policies. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of sites we don't operate. Information you share on public or semi-public venues may be viewable by other users without limitation as to its use.

07

Children's data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with their personal information, contact us and we will delete it. We do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” personal information of individuals under 16.

08

Security & retention

No security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Information sent to us may not be secure while in transit, so please avoid using unsecured channels to share sensitive or confidential information.

How long we retain your personal information depends on whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce other contracts and policies.

09

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights. They are not absolute and may apply only in certain circumstances:

  • Right to access / know the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to delete personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to correct inaccurate information.
  • Right to portability — receive a copy of your information or have it transferred.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
  • Manage communication preferences — unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in each message.

If you reside in the UK or EEA, you may also have the right to object to or restrict our processing, and to withdraw any consent on which we rely.

10

International transfers

We may transfer, store and process your personal information outside your country of residence. Where we transfer information out of the EEA or UK, we rely on recognised mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses unless the transfer is to a country deemed to provide an adequate level of protection.

11

Complaints

If you have a complaint about how we process your personal information, please contact us. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision, or to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
